What we collect
The app stores your preferences and local stats (such as breaks and focus time) on your device. We do not require an account to use the core features.
What stays on your Mac
Settings, schedule, language, sounds, and today’s rhythm live locally. We don’t sell personal data or build advertising profiles from app usage.
Network
The app may contact our servers only when needed for product features we ship (for example optional content). Routine break timers and overlays work offline on your Mac.
