Where does the app live?: Take a Break runs from the menu bar. There’s no Dock icon by default — look near the clock for the timer.
How do I skip or start a break?: Use the menu bar menu, or your global hotkey (set in Settings → Shortcuts) to start a break anytime.
Breaks aren’t appearing. What should I check?: Confirm the app is running, Quiet Hours aren’t active, and Screen Time / break length are set as you expect in Settings.
Which languages are supported?: English, Hindi, and Arabic. Change language in Settings → Language.
